The information related with real estate or tourist developments that may be presented through this web site is only for exposition purposes. Such information is neither an offer nor an offer solicitation. Furthermore said information is only for persons in Mexican territory.

(i) Use of this website gives you status of user (“User”), which implies acceptance of these conditions as published at the time when you access it. Status of User requires you not to use the contents made available to you through this website for illegal activities. Users are liable for those damages Marival may suffer as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations they are subject to under these conditions.

Nonetheless, that prohibition does not apply to wholesalers and retailers and other suppliers who ask Marival in advance for the pertinent authorisation, provided that such authorisation is granted expressly and in writing by Marival.

(ix) In case hotel reservations are made by User directly through this website they will not be guaranteed if the credit card data provided when making such reservation is not correct (in case the website offers this kind of reservations service).

(x) These conditions are governed by Mexican law. Therefore, should Users be in a country whose regulations limit access to websites with the characteristics of that of Marival, they will not be authorised to access the contents of this one. Marival and the User hereby expressly relinquish any venue which may be available to them and irrevocably submit to the Courts of Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, México, for the purposes of any dispute arising out of these conditions or this website or the Information.
